Since 2004, TAC has supported the development of athletes who have gone on to professional careers including the 2012 Stanley Cup MVP, Olympic medalists, NCAA Division I & III champions, 7 NHL draft picks, All-American/All-Conference selections, as well as those who fulfilled a lifelong dream of playing intercollegiate athletics. Just gotta say thank you to you and all of the TAC program. That really prepared me for this year. It helped my knee fully rehab and taught me how to bench and squat properly and eventually I was able to start putting weight up...Our strength and conditioning coach told me today that I have handled these past 3 weeks of preseason as well as any veteran and I know that's only because of last year and the system you all have in place.
