TAC Programs - High School

Designed for the advanced athlete looking to maximize their athletic potential and excel in their chosen sport. This is the most comprehensive performance enhancement program available! We utilize the latest sports conditioning principles and equipment to develop sport-specific speed and conditioning.

() June 19-July 28

() Athletes train 4 days/week

() Training week consists of:

  () 4 Speed/Agility/Conditioning & Strength/Power Development sessions lasting approximately 2 hours

  () Active Recovery/Regeneration/Physiotherapeutic programming

Available Training Days/Times:

Option 1: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 8-10am

Option 2: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 8:30-10:30am

Option 3: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 10am-12pm FULL!

Option 4: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 4-6pm FULL!
